A short C-Stand is a compact grip stand for low-height lighting, flags, microphones, accessories, and other production support needs. It is useful when a standard-height stand is too tall or when a setup needs a low, stable working position.
For a standard-height option, see the C-Stand. The Boom Holder to C-Stand can be added for a compatible boom-pole resting position.
Use one when the support point needs to stay low to the floor or below the working height of a standard C-Stand.
Use the appropriate grip hardware and follow normal load and safety practices for the intended setup.
